Organization Details
Terms and Conditions
Reservations require a 50% payment of the total cost to confirm the booking.
Booking cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the rental date. In such cases, 50% of the booking fee will be deducted.
Full payment must be completed before items are released.
A valid ID from the hirer is required at the time of pickup.
All items must be returned in the same condition as rented and on the agreed date. Any damages will incur charges based on current market prices.
Items must be returned before 4 PM on the return date. Late returns will be treated as additional rental days, and standard rates will apply.
For extensions, the hirer must inform us at least 24 hours before the original return date. Failure to comply may result in legal action under Kenyan law.
All items rented from AIC Shabab are strictly for use at the agreed destination.
The hirer is fully responsible for the proper use and stewardship of the rented items.
Subleasing of rented items to third parties is strictly prohibited.
The AIC Shabab church reserves the right to deny service at its discretion.
